I started my coaching business after my executive coach asked, “Who are you? Who do you want to be?” I just left my last job feeling burned out and empty of my ordinarily boundless positive energy. “This is an opportunity to explore your identity and find what it means to live a fulfilling life. If being a product leader is who you are, there is nothing wrong with that. But, you have so many strengths, interests, and passions. What can you do to explore beyond the narrative you’ve written so far?”

I knew I wanted to be of service to others and help people with real, immediate problems. I describe myself as ‘Forever Curious’ because I strongly believe in a Growth Mindset. With curiosity, humility, and drive to push myself and help others do better too constantly.
